Ingredients
- ½ cup Tenayo Mole Negro Sauce, plus more for drizzling
- 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded, diced, or leftover sausage
- 1 cup leftover gravy, or substitute with prepared gravy
- 4 large biscuits, store-bought or homemade
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- If using store-bought biscuits, preheat your oven according to package instructions. Bake the biscuits until golden brown. If making homemade biscuits, prepare them according to your recipe.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the leftover turkey, leftover gravy, and Tenayo Mole Negro Sauce. Stir to combine and heat through, about 5–7 minutes.
- Once the biscuits are baked, split them in half and place them on serving plates.
- Spoon the turkey and gravy mixture generously over the biscuits.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and a beautiful drizzle of Tenayo Mole Negro Sauce. Serve warm and enjoy!
