Biscuits and Gravy

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Tenayo Mole Negro Sauce, plus more for drizzling 
  • 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded, diced, or leftover sausage
  • 1 cup leftover gravy, or substitute with prepared gravy
  • 4 large biscuits, store-bought or homemade
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. If using store-bought biscuits, preheat your oven according to package instructions. Bake the biscuits until golden brown. If making homemade biscuits, prepare them according to your recipe.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the leftover turkey, leftover gravy, and Tenayo Mole Negro Sauce. Stir to combine and heat through, about 5–7 minutes. 
  3. Once the biscuits are baked, split them in half and place them on serving plates.
  4. Spoon the turkey and gravy mixture generously over the biscuits.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and a beautiful drizzle of Tenayo Mole Negro Sauce. Serve warm and enjoy!
