Roasted Poblano Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tenayo Roasted Poblano Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden.
  4. Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in a large bowl with the Tenayo Roasted Poblano Barbecue Sauce until well coated.
  5. Return the sauced wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot with any additional dipping sauce (such as ranch or more Tenayo Roasted Poblano Barbecue Sauce) and enjoy!
