- 1 cup Tenayo Poblano Barbecue Sauce
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden.
- Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in a large bowl with the Tenayo Poblano Barbecue Sauce until well coated.
- Return the sauced wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot with any additional dipping sauce (such as ranch or more Tenayo Poblano Barbecue Sauce) and enjoy!
