Spicy Al Pastor Pork & Pineapple Flatbread
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Tenayo Spicy Al Pastor Mexican-Style Barbecue Sauce
- 1 piece flatbread
- 4 oz braised or pulled pork
- 2 tablespoons pickled onion
- ½ cup diced pineapple
- ½ cup cubed Asadero cheese
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Cover your preferred flatbread in Tenayo Spicy Al Pastor Mexican-Style Barbecue Sauce.
- Top flatbread with slow braised pork butt or pulled pork, add pickled onions, pineapple, and Asadero cheese.
- Bake the flatbread for 10 minutes or to desired crispiness using a pizza stone or pan.
- Top with cilantro.
- Serve and enjoy!
