Preheat oven to 350º.
Cover your preferred flatbread in Tenayo Spicy Al Pastor Mexican-Style Barbecue Sauce.
Top flatbread with slow braised pork butt or pulled pork, add pickled onions, pineapple, and Asadero cheese.
Bake the flatbread for 10 minutes or to desired crispiness using a pizza stone or pan.
Top with cilantro.
