Ingredients
- ½ cup Tenayo Poblano Barbecue Sauce
- 8 ounces tortilla chips
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken (optional)
- ½ cup sliced jalapeños
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup sliced avocado or guacamole
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Sour cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- On a large baking sheet spread out a layer of tortilla chips. Evenly distribute black beans, shredded chicken (if using), and shredded cheese over the chips.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with sliced jalapeños, diced tomatoes, avocado or guacamole, and chopped cilantro.
- Generously drizzle Tenayo Poblano Barbecue Sauce over the nachos, optionally serve with sour cream, and enjoy!
