On a large baking sheet spread out a layer of tortilla chips. Evenly distribute black beans, shredded chicken (if using), and shredded cheese over the chips.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with sliced jalapeños, diced tomatoes, avocado or guacamole, and chopped cilantro.
Generously drizzle Tenayo Roasted Poblano Barbecue Sauce over the nachos, optionally serve with sour cream, and enjoy!
