Al Pastor Avocado Toast with Sunny Egg

Ingredients

  • Tenayo Spicy Al Pastor Mexican-Style Barbecue Sauce
  • Sourdough bread 
  • Avocado
  • Tajin chile powder 
  • Sprouts 
  • Egg 
  • Pepper and Maldon salt for garnish 

Instructions

  1. Toast sourdough bread to your liking
  2. Spread with Tenayo Spicy Al Pastor Mexican-Style Barbecue Sauce
  3. Slice avocado and place on top of toast
  4. Garnish avocado slices with Tajin to your taste
  5. Slowly fry egg to sunny perfection and place on toast
  6. Garnish with pepper and Maldon salt
  7. Top with sprouts and enjoy
